Refund policy
We do not accept returns on customized items unless the product itself is damaged or defective. Once your order has been received by you or a designated person to pick up, it needs to be inspected within 24 hours and we need to be notified within that time frame to address the problem.
It is important to note that all items we create are mocked up on screen prior to production with proofs sent to our customers, and then printed. Sometimes slight variations can happen from screen to print. This can be because of original image quality, colour choices, or other factors outside of our control. We do our best to make your items exactly how you want them, however sometimes slight variations may occur. We do not offer refunds for slight variations, but will make things right if there is an obvious error that's our fault,

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We allow a 24 hour timeframe after you've received your item(s) the check for damages or issues and contact us.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for sizing errors. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For obvious errors that have been agreed on, we will gladly do an exchange with as little hassle to you as possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
