We are honoured to make swag for FHSS!

We will be shipping all orders in one package to the order coordinator for easy distribution and to help save on shipping costs for everyone.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

All orders must be submitted and paid by the posted deadline to be included in the shipment. Any orders received after the deadline will be their own shipping charge that will be added to the order.

Please include a cell number on your order in case we need to reach out to you quickly about your order details. We promise that we won't share this with anyone or send spammy stuff. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We prefer e-transfer as we don't incur hefty service/transaction fees on e-transfers. If you select that at checkout, you should get an email with the address and instructions for e-transfer. We don't post the address here for security reasons. Note that orders will not be processed until payment is received.

RETURN POLICY:

As these are customized products, we do not accept returns for sizing errors. When in doubt, size up! Better to be too big than too small. Should a product have any defects on receipt of them, we will happily replace them if you send a picture of the defect. We rarely have this happen, but we will always make sure if there's any issue with the product, to replace it. It's most important to keep our customers happy and we want you to love your gear!
